On May 9th, the production license (PC) application for the "Land Aircraft Carrier" flying body (code: X3-F) of Xiaopeng Huitian was officially accepted by the Civil Aviation Administration of Central and Southern China. This marks the official entry of the production system for flying cars into the regulatory review stage, and is a crucial step taken by Xiaopeng Huitian on the road to mass production and delivery.

Guangzhou Huitian Flying Automotive Manufacturing Co., Ltd., as a core enterprise within the Xiaopeng Huitian system, has strictly followed civil aviation regulations and actively cooperated with the review team since the acceptance of the application for the certification of the "land aircraft carrier" flight body model on March 21, 2024. At present, the model certificate (TC) review has entered the compliance confirmation stage. The acceptance of the production license (PC) approval has further promoted the process of Xiaopeng Huitian's mass production and delivery. The company will continue to fully cooperate with the authorities to ensure mass production and delivery by 2026.

A Production License (PC) is a certificate issued by the competent authority of civil aviation to the holder of design approval for civil aviation products, indicating that it has established a sound production system and quality system, which can ensure that every aircraft and its components produced comply with the approved design and are in a safe and usable state.

At present, the final assembly workshop, painting workshop, connection workshop, and composite workshop of Xiaopeng Huitian Flying Automotive Intelligent Manufacturing Base have all been capped, and the overall completion rate has reached 70%. It is planned to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.
